We are developing a seedling production method for high-temperature period such as Eustoma and Delphinium by using intermittent low temperature treatment that combines photosynthesis by natural condition and promotion of flower bud differentiation and growth by low temperature.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h5>Study for the reinforcement mechanisms from hydrangea cut flower<\/h5>\n<div style=\"width: 240px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.elst.okayama-u.ac.jp\/up_load_files\/areas\/areas10_plant\/img_KITAMURA.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.elst.okayama-u.ac.jp\/up_load_files\/areas\/areas10_plant\/img_KITAMURA.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"230\" height=\"146\"><\/a><p class=\"wp-caption-text\">&nbsp;<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Hydrangea cut flowers often survive for several months in a vase. We can learn many physiological phenomena accounting for the reinforcement of plant floral organs.
